Credits remain available while your account is active. We’ll always show your balance on the dashboard.
A credit is used when a report is generated after the candidate consents — not when you create a request. Declined or expired requests don’t cost a credit.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. GST invoices are available.
Unused credits may be refundable under our Refund Policy. Consumed reports are non-refundable once generated.
