How it works

A verification flow where consent comes first — every single time.

HireCheck connects a requesting employer, the candidate, and the former employer in a clean, auditable sequence. Nothing moves forward without the candidate’s explicit authorisation.

01

The employer requests a check

A KYC-verified employer creates a verification request, identifies the candidate by email or mobile, and chooses the exact scope — for example tenure and title only, or also references and rehire eligibility.

02

The candidate reviews and consents

The candidate gets a secure link showing precisely who is asking, what they’ll see, and for how long. They grant or decline. Consent is scoped, time-bound and revocable — not a blanket waiver.

03

The former employer confirms

Only after consent, the former employer confirms the factual record and answers standard reference questions. Every reference is attributed to the company that gave it.

04

The report is delivered

HireCheck compiles a tamper-evident PDF and shares it with the requester for a limited access window. Every view and download is logged.

If you’re an employer

Compliant checks, minimal friction

  • Complete a one-time KYC (GST/CIN/PAN + authorised signatory) to join the verified network.
  • Buy a single report or a bulk credit pack; credits draw down as you run checks.
  • Invite HR managers and recruiters with role-based access.
  • Receive attributed, audit-ready reports you can keep on file.

If you’re a candidate

You decide, every time

  • Approve or decline each request individually — there is no standing permission.
  • See the precise scope before you consent, and the access expiry after.
  • Revoke consent and watch the access window close.
  • Dispute anything inaccurate through a real, tracked process.
Candidate protections
Under the hood

Built to be safe and accountable

Encrypted at rest

Sensitive fields use authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption; identifiers are never used as public lookup keys.

Tamper-evident reports

Each report stores an immutable snapshot and a content hash, with a unique reference number.

Access that expires

Reports are available to the requester only for a limited window; access is logged end-to-end.
